Dream HR Consultants – Mobile Terms of Service

The Dream HR Consultants mobile messaging service (the “Service”) is operated by Dream HR Consultants (“Dream HR Consultants,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Mobile Terms and Conditions (“Mobile Terms”).

We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without prior notice. To the extent permitted by law, we may also update these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

1. Consent to Receive Messages

By consenting to Dream HR Consultants’ SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring informational and promotional text messages from and on behalf of Dream HR Consultants through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided. This may include messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.

Messages may include, but are not limited to:

Appointment reminders and service updates
Account alerts and notifications
Promotions, special offers, and marketing messages

You understand that your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or service. Participation in the Service is completely voluntary.

2. Message Frequency and Fees

We do not charge for this Service; however, message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless provider. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan.

3. Opting Out

You may opt out of the Service at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us or clicking the unsubscribe link (where available). After you send the STOP message, you will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. No further text messages will be sent unless initiated by you.

If you have subscribed to other Dream HR Consultants mobile programs and wish to cancel those as well, you must opt out separately from each program.

4. Support

5. Service Changes and Availability

We may change any short code or phone number used for the Service at any time. You acknowledge that any messages sent to a number that is no longer in use may not be received, and Dream HR Consultants is not responsible for honoring requests sent to outdated numbers.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number and to update your information if your number changes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dream HR Consultants shall not be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any message, any errors in content, or actions taken or not taken in reliance on the information provided through the Service.
